Our Standard Delivery

1. Cost.

FREE Standard Delivery on All UK orders. For electrical goods we use 48 hours services for standard deliveries, they include DPD, Royal Mail and DHL. Smaller items are usually delivered 2-5 working days, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm. These are done via Royal Mail. Larger items will be delivered via a Courier. International shipping costs vary according to region and item.

2. What to Expect on Delivery Day
High-value items will need to be signed for. If no one is available, the courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour if there is a prior request. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
3. Timings
Normally shipping is within 24 hours from the moment of the order unless otherwise stated in red on this product page. There can sometimes be a slight delay. In these instances, we will notify you shortly after your purchase. "My item is now out of stock, but I've paid for it. What shall I do?" If your item is out of stock, we'll email you to let you know. If you're happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, we’ll ship it as normal. If it's still not available within 28 days, we will notify you and your order may be cancelled and you'll be refunded. If you're not happy to wait, please contact our customer services to cancel your order.
4. Help With My Delivery
"There's been a mistake with my order, or it hasn't yet been delivered - what should I do?" If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, call our Customer Services team for assistance at 0161-884-0029 or 0845-528-0299, 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
5. Deliveries of Multiple Items
"I've ordered several items at once. Will they all arrive together?" Normally your items will arrive together, but occasionally we may ship them separately, you won't be charged for additional deliveries. Please wait until 5 working days have passed before contacting us.
6. Delivery Exceptions and Restrictions
"Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man?" We do deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
7. International Deliveries
Items shipped outside the UK will normally take 5-10 working days to arrive. We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, USP, DPD, DHL, and FedEx. We are not responsible for Customs Charges (if any) for international buyers. Before buying, please make sure the address specified on your order is full and correct. Please check your delivery details are accurate, as all invalid addresses provided are still chargeable. We can only refund you for items ordered that are damaged. We are not responsible for international parcels that need to be returned. Please contact our customers’ services before placing any orders and we will verify the part you need is suitable for your machine. Once your order has been shipped, please follow the tracking details for postal service updates. Please contact us for more details on bulk or trade orders.
8. Battery Deliveries.
 There may be a delay in battery deliveries, depending on your location.
9. Wrong Address.
The delivery address you input into the website will be used exactly for shipping. We can't always verify its accuracy. If you realise you have made a mistake, contact us immediately to correct the error. Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to rectify any mistakes. If your order gets lost this may result in a delay and may incur a re-delivery cost if the parcel is returned back to us.
10. Delivery Failure.
 It is the responsibility of the customer to follow tracking details and ensure there is someone at the delivery address on the specified date to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour on either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. If the goods are returned to us and still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.
11. Plug Specifications.
 Unless otherwise stated, all appliances sold on this site use UK specification power plugs which are three-pin Type G. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.
12. Customs Duty.
If ordering from outside the UK, countries including Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland, may incur Customs Duty or other taxes. We are not responsible for these costs and cannot always inform you before the items are shipped, so, please check.
13. Delivery Delays.
No Consequential Loss cover is available until after 10 working days for UK orders, until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe, and until after 25 working days after the due delivery date for items going to the Rest of the World.
